About Our Specialities

A gastroenterologist is a physician who specialises in the gastrointestinal tract — including the oesophagus, stomach, small and large intestines — and other digestive organs such as the liver, pancreas, bile ducts and gallbladder.

See a specialist if you have difficulty swallowing, heartburn or stomach pain that keeps coming back, vomiting or passing blood, black stools, unexplained weight loss, yellowing of the eyes or skin, or a lasting change in bowel habit.

Vascular surgery treats conditions affecting the arteries and veins, such as varicose veins, diabetic foot and aneurysms, using both surgical and endovascular techniques.

See a vascular surgeon for leg pain on walking that eases with rest, a foot or leg wound that is not healing (especially if you have diabetes), painful or swollen varicose veins, or a cold, pale or discoloured foot.

We specialise in gastrointestinal conditions (medical and surgical) and vascular & endovascular conditions, serving as a regional referral centre for South Gujarat.

Yes. Our Vascular & Endovascular Surgery department, supported by our Hybrid Operation Theatre and Cathlab, provides both surgical and endovascular treatment for varicose veins, diabetic foot and related vascular conditions.
