Appointment Terms

Last updated: September 2026

1. A request, not a confirmed booking

Sending the appointment form, or messaging us on WhatsApp, is a request for an appointment. An appointment is confirmed only when our staff call or message you back with a date and time. Please wait for that confirmation before travelling.

2. Emergencies

The form and WhatsApp are not monitored around the clock and must not be used for emergencies. Severe abdominal pain, vomiting blood, black or tarry stools, heavy rectal bleeding, fainting, or a cold, pale or painful limb may need urgent assessment: call our 24×7 emergency number, 90333 62020, or come straight to the main hospital in Adajan, Surat.

3. Where you will be seen

Consultations take place at the main hospital in Adajan, Surat, or at our satellite OPDs in Varachha, Bharuch, Navsari and Vapi on the days each doctor visits. Satellite OPDs are for consultation only; all advanced procedures, endoscopy, surgery and 24×7 emergency care are at the main hospital.

4. Changes and cancellations

If you cannot attend, please call 0261-2782020 / 2792020 or WhatsApp +91 90333 62020 as early as possible so the slot can be offered to another patient. Doctor timings can change at short notice for emergencies and surgery; our staff will inform you and offer another time.

5. What to bring

Previous medical reports, scans and endoscopy reports if any, a list of your current medicines, and a valid photo ID.

6. Your information

The details you give in the form are used only to contact you about your appointment and are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Medical advice

Nothing on this website is individual medical advice. Diagnosis and treatment decisions are made by the doctor at your consultation. See our Medical Disclaimer.
